In this design, mixed functions take place in different levels of the building, energy consumption will be reduced and at the same time the quality of life will be enhanced. Take for instance, in Tehran, many multistory buildings should be demolished before they pass their useful life since the density of the city cannot appropriately response the demands; therefore, the promotion in the performance of the mega cities is become more vital in the recent decades. High rises are now dominant on all major cities in the world; however, رشته ی طراحی ساختمان small percent of these high rises could be named as tower since it depends on the proportions of the height and width that should be narrow and tall. This trend in the horizontal growth of today’s mega cities and limitation in the beds for buildings on earth, are the most important challenges on urban development on the whole world. Acceleration in the population will inevitably cause the rise in the density on the cities. Growth of population in the recent decades caused acceleration in the number of the mega cities in the world. Finding a good answer to respond the demands in a multifunctional high rise in the central region of a mega city is the main issue in this project. این شرایط به جهت طراحی تولید ویلا هم وجود دارد. ضوابط و وضعیت نخستین جهت طراحی و تولید بر اساس نتایج حاصل از بررسیهای ژئوتکنیک و تلفیق آن حیاتی قوانین موجود، ضوابط فنی و همینطور نیازهای گزینه نظر کارفرما هم انجام میگیرد. اولیه همین که معماری، انعطاف پذیر و قابل تطبیق مهم شرایط گوشه و کنار و نیازهای ساکنان آن باشد و بتواند گسترش های آینده را بپذیرد و تمهیداتی در آن چشم شود که در هر روزگار قابل به روز شدن باشد. اما درصد کمتر (ضریب تعدیل) طی بخشنامه های بعدی که در سال های 1378 و 1384 (بخشنامه های 4304/54-4944/102 و دیگری 59234) تغییراتی نمود که داخل این فولدر موجود است. در سال های آینده هم امکان ارائه جدول جدیدی که ضریب کمتر ها را تغییر دهد، وجود دارد. در انتهای خیابانی که این پروژه در آن واقع شده میباشد ، یک برج دارای اسمو رسم کبوتر وجود دارد ، جایی که در برهه زمانی باستان ساخته شده است تا محلی به جهت منزل کبوترها باشد. به طور نمونه یک روز در یک مسافرت درون شهری ماشین من خراب شد، من طبق معمول سوای این که دستی به اتومبیل بزنم دنبال مکانیک فرستادم، آقای مسنّی که همراه من بود به شرایط اعتراض به من گفتند که تو چگونه مهندسی هستی که بجای این که خودت ماشینت را درست بکنی دنبال مکانیک فرستادی! چنانچه از نوشتن همین مطلب لذت بردید و مطمئنا می توانید دیتاها بیشتری در مورد طراحی ساختمان صد متری لطفا از برگه ما بخواهید.
